"Theres nothing like a well earn't cup of tea..."
There's nothing like a well earn't cup of tea after a hard days graft. Everyone knows that. From Brickies to Chippies, from Sparkies to Plumbers, they love it! The tea break is sacred. A place where down to earth grafters like ourselves can come and have a moan about whatever ails them. Whether it be work, women or the flaming weather. This is the place where I can air my woes or, albeit very rarely, scream with joy!
To kick off, I'm in one of those very rare happy moods at the moment. Strange really, considering the silly season is upon us. But wait, lets not be selfish, let us spare a thought for those poor executive directors at that well known Scotish bank. They have put their flabby over fed knecks on the line and said that they will resign en masse if the government dares to stop their £1.5 billion bonuses being paid before christmas.
What honour, what loyallty, what a load of c$*p! Lets get this right. If they don't get their oversized, ill-moralled bonuses then they'll walk. UMM Seems like a complete no brainer to me. It reminds me of Winston Churchill and the battle of Britain "never have so few, been paid so much, by so many!"
Bah Humbug, roll on New Year.
Till next time.
